These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital content offered on the AlignPath website.

AlignPath provides personalized roadmaps and business action guides generated from the answers submitted by the user through the website quiz.

3. Products and services sold

The service sold consists of access to a personalized roadmap generated by artificial intelligence based on the information provided by the user.

The roadmap may include recommendations, action steps, structuring ideas, estimates, tools, checklists or development suggestions.

The content provided is an aid for reflection and organization. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical or professional advice.

4. Price

Prices are displayed on the website before payment validation.

AlignPath reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is made online through Stripe. AlignPath does not store the user’s banking data.

6. Access to content after payment

After payment confirmation, the user gets access to the roadmap corresponding to the selected idea.

Each payment unlocks one roadmap only, unless otherwise explicitly stated on the website.

7. No guarantee of results

AlignPath provides a decision-making, structuring and action-planning tool.

AlignPath does not guarantee any income, commercial result, business creation, funding, professional success or specific performance.

8. Right of withdrawal

The service provided by AlignPath is digital content accessible after payment.

By ticking the acceptance box before payment, the user expressly requests immediate access to the digital content after payment and acknowledges that the service starts immediately after the order.

The user therefore accepts to waive their right of withdrawal for the digital content unlocked immediately.

9. Technical issues

In case of a technical issue preventing access to the roadmap after payment, the user may contact AlignPath at: hello.alignpath@gmail.com.

10. Intellectual property

The user receives a personal right to use the content generated for them. They may not copy, resell, distribute or commercially exploit AlignPath content without prior written authorization.

11. Personal data

Data collected when using the website is used for the quiz, result generation, payment, access to purchased content and user relationship follow-up.

12. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
